I am the founder and Managing Director of Amron, and a Security System Expert with 30 years of industry experience, which has given me the ability to understand my customers' need-based requirements. I joined BNI in 2013, as a part of the Energizers Chapter, and worked very hard for over 4 years following BNI Basics and the Givers Gain Philosophy to crack my dream referrals. One day a chapter member and Commercial Architect, Mr. Maneck Tondon called to introduce me to a crossed chapter member, Architect Ms. Heena Handa. Both of them took me to a common client who they had already started work with. This customer was unhappy with the existing agency working to provide Security Systems for their various properties, and wanted to replace the existing agency immediately. It was a challenging task for me to say yes to, because of many issues at the work site, but looking at my two fellow members and their confidence in me, I agreed to the job. After two to three meetings with the customer, I discussed the complete scope of work with plans, and gave a presentation covering design, supply, installation, and after sales support requested by the customer. In two days, the customer released a formal order valued at USD 25,000.00 with a 50% advance payment. We completed the work well before the scheduled timeline, and the customer has been pleased with our professional approach. Now they have given us regular orders for their new projects and facilities. We have received testimonials from both the customers, and from my fellow BNI members.
